Honestly, I think I'd skip Blair and Serena...and go with more of Jenny's style. I'm not super girly, and I always kind of like the funky looks. Jenny definitely pulls that off. I'm actually going to include a photo I found online of a cool outfit Jenny wears in the fourth season.
I'm a big fan of layers so this is great. Normally, I go with tights...but Jenny's panty-hose aren't too bad as they are black. They are kind of a thinner version of tights. The cute dress with an overcoat is also fun. It screams the fall to me...which is soon upon us. I would love to buy a dress like Jenny's...and the shoes too if I could wear heels!!
Overall, I like the idea of adding a little goth to your girl.

Have never seen this Gossip Girl, but I love sheer black tights with high heels, like Kate Middleton wears, Princ William's wife.
The guy is totally just, and there is no skepticism.
